If you are looking for authentic and great tasting BBQ, Smoke and Dagger is a must-visit! They have created a wonderful down-home family atmosphere where you instantly feel welcome. What really sets them apart is the variety on the menu. Whether you're craving brisket, chicken, sausage, or ribs, they have you covered. I tried the pulled pork, and it was outstanding—perfectly moist, juicy, and packed with deep smoky flavor. They also offer a huge variety of homemade sauces to choose from (everything from sweet to hot), so you can customize your plate exactly how you like it. Great food, awesome environment for the kids, and excellent portions. Highly recommend!
Definitely coming back!!! The BBQ is wonderful! Served on homemade buns! Yes please! I got the double meat with pork and brisket. The bark from the brisket added a whole new level of flavor. Maybe a little to salty but so good! Fried green tomatoes, amazing!! The hush puppies with honey butter are so good. The tables inside are so cool! We enjoyed our meal and recommend if you're in the Princeton area.
